Southernmost video conference provides a simple, industry standard software download from our website which can be used to “call in” to our Key West video conference facility and, provided laptops and remote computers have a webcam and microphone, up to three remote connections can be established with split-screen, HD audio-visual experience. 

In Key West vacationing Board members, CEO’s and VP’s can maintain contact and provide important guidance to corporate headquarters, regional and district management and even each other from anywhere in the world from our comfortable meeting facilities on our 60” HD plasma screen. Upon request a video transcript can be provided on VCR or DVD.
