24 hour notice required to avoid penalty of 1st hour fee.

Overage of contract schedule will be billed in 30 minute increments.

Southernmost Hotel Collection is not responsible for delays, postponements or cancellations of video conferences due to unforeseen circumstances.

Southernmost Hotel Collection and/or its members shall not be liable for any failure of performances due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, fires, meteorological phenomena, floods or other catastrophes; national emergencies.

Please have all participants arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled videoconference. The video conference will take place at Southernmost Hotel Conference Room located at 1319 Duval Street, Key West (on the corner of South and Duval).

Our equipment will be tested in advance to ensure that the equipment is running properly.
